I don't have a domain name. How do I get one? I offer domain name registration through my partner company, WNA Hosting. Find out more about this, here.

I want to sell my product on the Internet. How do I do this? You'll need a merchant account to sell with credit cards on the Internet.  Many banks offer this service to their customers - you'll need to check wtih your individual bank. There are also independent companies that offer this service. Research the fees charged for transactions, and compare rates among companies. Paypal is another option to consider. After securing a merchant account, you need to arrange secure transaction processing (SSL) of your credit card orders. Again there are many reputable companies that offer this service both in regular (manual) and real time processing. Real time processing (immediate credit card approveal instead of you manually processing the transaction) is a more expensive option. I can also offer you a shopping cart and SSL through the web hosting company that I do business with.

What do you need from me to build my Website? We need any graphics, photographs, and logos that you might have. Please also provide the copy for each of the pages. We'll also need your hosting information (if you already have a web hosting account) to be able to upload and test your Website. How long will it take to get my Website on the Internet? For a site of 10 pages or less, after all materials are received and the look-and-feel is approved, a completion schedule of two weeks is standard. Additional changes, once everything is approved, will extend the Website's completion date.

The Website is live - how do I make changes? We'll be happy to change your Website once it's live for our standard hourly rate. Another option is that there is software that you can buy that will allow me to install it on your website and will give you access for you to make simple text changes.
